THOMAS J. MOLICA, JR., born in Pompton Plains, New Jersey.  Education:  Villanova University (B.A., English, 1996); Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law (J.D., 2000).  Admitted as a member of the New Jersey Bar (2000); admitted as a member to the United States District Court, District of New Jersey (2000).  Mr. Molica served as law clerk to the Honorable Reginald Stanton, Assignment Judge for the Morris/Sussex vicinage of the Superior Court of New Jersey from September 2000-August 2001.

Mr. Molica focuses on land use development and zoning matters.  He represents clients seeking land use development approvals before local planning and zoning boards of adjustment.  He also represents certain planning and zoning boards.  Mr. Molica has significant experience in the litigation of land use matters.  A substantial part of Mr. Molica’s practice involves residential and commercial real estate transactions, and landlord-tenant matters.  Mr. Molica provides transactional representation to a variety of corporate clients in northern New Jersey.

Mr. Molica is a member of the Morris County and New Jersey State Bar Associations.
